(a) Subject to other provisions of this subtitle, a campaign finance entity
shall file campaign finance reports as follows:
(1) except for a ballot issue committee, on or before the fourth Tuesday
immediately preceding [a] EACH primary election EXCEPT A PRESIDENTIAL
PRIMARY ELECTION:
(2) except for a ballot issue committee, on or before the second Friday
immediately preceding a primary election:
(3) on or before the second Friday immediately preceding a general
election: and
(4) on or before the third Tuesday after a general election.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Race-Based Traffic Stops - Sunset Extension and Reporting
Requirements
FOR the purpose of extending the termination date for certain provisions of law
concerning the collection, analysis, and reporting of certain information relating
to traffic stops; extending the period of time during which law enforcement
officers must record and report to the Maryland Justice Analysis Center certain
information relating to traffic stops; extending the period of time during which
the Maryland Justice Analysis Center must analyze and report on information
relating to certain traffic stops; extending the deadline for the Maryland Justice
Analysis Center to issue a final report; and generally relating to information
relating to traffic stops.
