(i) A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary of Public Safety
and Correctional Services under this section may seek judicial review as provided for
review of final decisions in Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning
State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program
Administrators - Fees
FOR the purpose of repealing the State Board for Certification of Residential Child
Care Program Administrators Fund; requiring the Board to pay certain money
collected by the Board into the General Fund of the State; and generally
relating to fees and the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care
Program Administrators.
