THE CIRCUIT COURT, INCLUDING THE JUVENILE COURT, AND THE DISTRICT
COURT AS ARE NECESSARY AND PROPER IN THE JUDGMENT OF THE STATE'S
ATTORNEY.
(6) IN ADDITION TO THE COMPENSATION PROVIDED FOR UNDER
THIS SECTION, THE STATE'S ATTORNEY IS ENTITLED TO REASONABLE
EXPENSES AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY BUDGET FOR THE
OPERATION OF THE STATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THE PERFORMANCE OF
THE STATE'S ATTORNEY'S DUTIES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to Article III,
§ 35 of the Maryland Constitution, this Act may not be construed to extend or apply to
the salary or compensation of the State's Attorney for Queen Anne's County in office
on the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or
compensation of the State's Attorney for Queen Anne's County shall take effect at the
beginning of the next following term of office.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
January 3, 2011 October 1. 2007.

AN ACT concerning
Delmarva Advisory Council - Repeal
FOR the purpose of repealing provisions of law establishing Maryland's membership
on the Delmarva Advisory Council; eliminating the representative of the
Delmarva Advisory Council from the membership of the Executive Board of the
Rural Maryland Council; requiring the Department of Legislative Services to
provide certain notice of the enactment of this Act; and generally relating to the
Delmarva Advisory Council.
