executive director's designee, may pursue an investigation and as part of that
investigation, shall continue to have access to the records of the individual whose
rights have been allegedly violated. (f) (H) (1) On admission to a facility, an individual shall be informed of the
rights provided in this subtitle in language and terms that are appropriate to the
individual's condition and ability to understand. (2) A facility shall post notices in locations accessible to the individual
and to visitors describing the rights provided in this subtitle in language and terms
that may be readily understood. (g) (I) A facility shall implement an impartial, timely complaint procedure that
affords an individual the ability to exercise the rights provided in this subtitle. 10-701.1. (A) IN ADDITION TO THE RIGHTS SPECIFIED IN THIS SUBTITLE, INDIVIDUALS IN STATE OPERATED PSYCHIATRIC FACILITIES SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO: (1) A SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT IS ADEQUATELY STAFFED WITH
(2) PROMPT MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT INCLUDING
CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS, DISABILITIES, AND HISTORIES OF TRAUMA; AND DISCHARGE PLAN, WHICH IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF §
NEEDS AS IDENTIFIED THROUGH THE ASSESSMENT;
(5) A SELF DIRECTED PLAN OF ACTIVITIES THAT ARE SOOTHING WALKING, AND OTHER FORMS OF EXERCISE; (6) CHOOSE FROM AN ADEQUATE ARRAY OF THERAPEUTIC
PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE RECOVERY;
