SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 5-1401(m), (n), (o), (p), (q), (r), (s), (t), (u), (v), and (w),
respectively, of Article 83A- Department of Business and Economic Development of
the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 5-1401(n), (o), (p),
(q), (r), (s), (t), (w), (x), (y), and (z), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
