BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Natural Resources [10-309. (a) (1) In this section, "master hunting guide" means an individual who: (i) Owns or is responsible for the operation of a commercial (ii) Receives monetary consideration for the outfitting or guiding of (2) "Master hunting guide" includes an individual who is self-employed.
