Ch. 167 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 167 (House Bill 313) AN ACT concerning Public Safety - Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer - Increased Penalties FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum criminal penalties for impersonating a BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1.
