Ch. 153                                    2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND

4-204.

On or before [March 1] SEPTEMBER 1 of each year, the Secretary shall report to
the Governor and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, to the General
Assembly on:

(1)     the status of the Fund;

(2)     the grants made under this subtitle;

(3)     the costs of administering this subtitle; and

(4)     the effect of this subtitle in reducing the problem of drivers illegally
failing to stop for school vehicles.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2004.

FOR the purpose of repealing the provisions establishing the Advisory Committee on
