AN ACT concerning

Procurement - Primary Procurement Unit - Participation under a Federal

Contract

FOR the purpose of repealing a provision that prohibits a primary procurement unit
from participating under a federal contract under certain circumstances; and
generally relating to the participation of a primary procurement unit under a
federal contract.

Section 13-110(b)(3)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

13-110.

(b) [(3) A primary procurement unit may not participate under a federal
contract if the State's participation is valued at less than $250,000.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2004.
