(2) A WT LICENSE AUTHORIZES, FOR TASTING OR SAMPLING ONLY, THE
ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF WINE THAT CONTAINS NOT MORE THAN 14% 22% OF
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.
(3) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER LAW, THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED
TO A HOLDER OF A CLASS A BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE OR A CLASS A BEER
AND WINE LICENSE.
(4) THE LICENSEE MAY NOT SERVE:
(I) NOT MORE THAN 1 OUNCE 2 OUNCES FROM EACH GIVEN
BRAND TO ANY ONE PERSON; AND
(II) NOT MORE THAN 4 OUNCES TO ANY ONE PERSON IN A SINGLE
DAY.
(5) THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A WT LICENSE IS $100 IN ADDITION
TO THE FEE FOR ANY OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE.
(C) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS TO
CARRY OUT THIS SECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Health - General - Nursing Referral Service Agencies - Licensing
FOR the purpose of exempting certain nursing referral service agencies and certain
nurse registries from certain definitions; providing for the scope of this Act;
requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt certain
regulations; requiring the regulations to provide for the establishment of certain
agencies, the qualifications for licensure as certain agencies, the issuance of
certain licenses, the renewal of certain licenses, and a procedure for the
investigation of certain complaints; providing for the expiration of certain
licenses under certain circumstances; authorizing the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene to issue, deny, suspend, or revoke certain licenses; requiring the
Department to set certain fees; requiring certain individuals to be licensed
before a nursing referral service agency to obtain a license from the Department
prior to operating certain agencies; requiring certain applicants to meet certain
requirements; requiring certain agencies to develop and implement certain
procedures relating to the screening of certain licensed health professionals;
requiring certain agencies to notify certain licensed health professionals and
