(c) In satisfying a claim the administrator shall pay the claimant an amount
equal to the sales price obtained at the public sale [plus interest at the rate equal to
that earned by the State Treasurer each year on invested State funds].
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Failing to Stop for a School Vehicle with Activated Flashing
Lights - Penalties
FOR the purpose of increasing the number of points required to be assessed against
an individual for failing to stop or remain stopped for a school vehicle with
activated alternately flashing red lights; altering the maximum fine that a
person is subject to for failing to stop or remain stopped for a school vehicle with
activated alternately flashing red lights; making stylistic changes; and generally
relating to penalties for failing to stop or remain stopped for a school vehicle
with activated alternately flashing red lights.
