Bill No. 2003-10

AN ACT to amend Chapter 125 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Critical
Area Resource Protection," amending the maps entitled "Official Critical Area
District Maps" referred to in Section 125-4 of said Chapter, to correct the Critical
Area District Boundary line on parcels of land owned by Delmarva Farms, LLC, John
H. Hanson, and Angelo A. Granuzzo, due to a state verified mapping error on the
State Tidal Wetland Maps. The parcels are shown and designated on County Tax Map
No. 8 as Parcels 173, 51, and 6.

Bill No. 2003-12

AN ACT to amend Chapter 203 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Taxation"
by repealing and re-enacting with amendments, Section 203-1, titled "Tax Imposed"
under Article I, titled "Tax on Recorded Instruments", to increase the tax imposed on
instruments conveying title to property and securing debts, recorded with the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, and to amend Section 203-2 of said Chapter to
provide for effective date thereof.

Bill No. 2003-14

AN ACT to amend Chapter 117 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Building
Construction" Section 117-5, titled "Modifications and amendments to code" to
restore paragraph 104.7 of the International Building Code and the International
Residential Code to require the retention of official records.

Bill No. 2003-15

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land," Section 200-23 entitled "Guaranties in lieu of completed improvements" to
require developers to provide a maintenance agreement and suitable bonding for road
construction and drainage.

Bill No. 2003-16

AN ACT to amend Chapter 15 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Civil
Defense, Emergency and Disaster Planning," amending, the title of said Chapter to
"Emergency Management," and by establishing Article III of said Chapter, pertaining
to "Maryland Emergency Management Assistance Compact" to authorize
participation in the Compact in the event of an emergency or disaster.

amending the map entitled "Wicomico County Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76
