AN ACT to amend Chapter 126, of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Forest
Conservation," Section 126-4, titled "Exemptions" paragraph B, subparagraph (3)
concerning single lot exemptions to comply with the Maryland Forest Conservation
Act and regulations as recently revised and to require all non-residential
development to have approved Forest Conservation Plans.
