AN ACT concerning

General Aviation Airport Environment Disclosure Notice

For the purpose of amending the Consumer Protection laws of the County to require
disclosure in real estate contracts of the proximity of certain airports and to
provide certain remedies to purchasers for the failure to provide the required
notice.
