COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

providing for the length of the program and the benefits provided to certain
police officers and firefighters; requiring certain allowances and contributions to
be credited to a deferred retirement option program account; providing for the
determination of average final compensation; defining certain terms;
authorizing different rules for certain groups of employees; reducing the number
of years a sworn member of the Fire Department must serve to choose Option 7;
requiring that a certain employee shall have a break in service of certain length
to join the retirement system; and generally relating to pensions and retirement.
