BALTIMORE COUNTY
County planning Board annually to recommend for County Council approval
areas within the manufacturing zones which are suitable for residential
development as PUD-R; and generally relating to Planned Unit County's
manufacturing zones as a commercial planned unit development (PUD-C);
making corrections; clarifying the authority of the County Council to amend the
annual PUD-C map under certain conditions; and generally relating to Planned
Unit Developments in the County's manufacturing zones.
