AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Finance and Taxation; Conservation land

FOR the purpose of amending the definition of Conservation land in order to modify
the eligibility requirements for land that may receive a credit from County real
property taxes.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 6, § 1-104.3(a)(2)(ii)

Personnel - Classifications; Pay; Benefits; and Exempt Service

FOR the purpose of implementing certain collective bargaining agreement provisions,
altering minimum qualifications, pay grades, and class titles for certain classes,
and deleting pay scales and longevity provisions that have expired.

BY repealing:

Article 8, §§ 1-201(b)(261); 1-203(a), (b)(1) through (3), (c)(1) through (7), and

(d) through (g); 1-302(d); 2-101(b); and 2-102.1(d)
