AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Facilities for Solid Waste and Recyclables

FOR the purpose of repealing certain obsolete provisions relating to regulation of
landfills by the Health Officer; transferring certain provisions relating to
regulation of County landfills and rates at County landfills; revising certain
uses for solid waste facilities under the Zoning Article; establishing certain new
uses for solid waste and recycling facilities under the Zoning Article; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to solid waste and recycling facilities.

BY repealing:

Article 14, §§ 4-101 through 4-103; 4-105 through 4-111; 4-113 through 4-116;
Article 28, §§ 1-101(15D), (15E), (55B), (57), (62B); 4-305(4); 4-405(5) and
(8); 6-104(2); and 12-242(b)

Article 14, § 4-104 to be Article 25, § 2-104 and Article 14, § 4-112 to be Article
