Finance - Rates and Charges for Water and Wastewater

FOR the purpose of altering charges for metered water and wastewater service;
altering a certain environmental fee; altering user connection charges;
eliminating the capital facility assessment charge and increasing the capital
facility connection charge; providing for the assessment of capital facility
connection charges based on equivalent dwelling units that are determined by
meter size; altering certain basis rates for front foot assessments; establishing
fees for fire hydrant meters and fire flow tests; and generally relating to rates
and charges for water and wastewater.
