the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999 Cumulative
Supplement), to repeal section 18-22 of the code of Public Local Laws of Garrett
County, known as the Grantsville Charter, said Section being entitled: "Enforcement",
in its entirety, and reenact a new Section 18-22 in its place and stead.
