ANNEXATION RESOLUTION A1-2003

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 2001
Replacement Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said Town
by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate
area.

found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

RESOLUTION R9-2003

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton
amending the Charter of the Town of Elkton, generally providing for the borrowing of
funds for purposes other than and in addition to funds borrowed for capital
improvement(s), adjusting the percentage of indebtedness in accordance with the one
hundred percent assessment on real property, and providing that the Town may
borrow money on a note or otherwise for a period not exceeding twenty (20) years.
