Charter Amendment Resolution No. 131

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority contained in Article 11-E of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
entitled "Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO
REPEAL AND REENACT WITH AMENDMENTS SECTION 35 OF THE CHARTER
OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 Edition), PROVIDING FOR
THE CREATION OF THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
SETTING FORTH DUTIES THEREOF."

[Section 35 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date February 4, 2004]

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, to
enlarge the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend the
Charter of the City of Cumberland. (12 acres of land, more or less)

County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

DELMAR

RESOLUTION NO. 1997-1

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of Delmar proposing the
annexation to the Town of Delmar of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and
binding upon the Corporate Limits to the Town of Delmar located on the Easterly side
of U.S. Route 13 and Southerly of Route 54 also known as the Line Road, to be known
as the "Glenn Annexation".
