(II) WITH RESPECT TO ANY CAMPAIGN FINANCE ENTITY OTHER
THAN THE CANDIDATE'S OWN CAMPAIGN FINANCE ENTITY, A CANDIDATE FOR
DELEGATE TO THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION OR A CANDIDATE FOR
DELEGATE TO THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION MAY ACT:
1. AS THE CAMPAIGN MANAGER, TREASURER, OR
SUBTREASURER; OR
2. IN ANY OTHER POSITION THAT EXERCISES GENERAL
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE ENTITY.
(c) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the chairman, treasurer,
subtreasurer, or campaign manager of a campaign finance entity may serve as the
chairman, treasurer, subtreasurer, or campaign manager of another campaign
finance entity.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Education - Transitioning Students with Disabilities
FOR the purpose of requiring that certain counselors be assigned as liaisons to
certain schools; requiring that certain students have certain plans by a certain
time frame; requiring certain agreements with county boards of education
repealing the Interagency State Plan for Transitioning Students with
Disabilities; requiring the Division of Rehabilitation Services in the Maryland
State Department of Education to assign certain counselors to certain high
schools, establish certain agreements with each county board, and develop, in
consultation with county boards, certain plans for certain transitioning students
by a certain date; making certain technical changes; defining a certain term;
and generally relating to education and to transitioning students with
disabilities.
