Annotated Code of Maryland (2002 Replacement Volume and 2003 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland Article - Commercial Law 1-201. Subject to additional definitions contained in the subsequent titles of this article (1) "Action" in the sense of a judicial proceeding includes recoupment, (2) "Aggrieved party" means a party entitled to resort to a remedy. (3) "Agreement" means the bargain of the parties in fact as found in (4) "Bank" means any person engaged in the business of banking. - 2917 -
