otherwise in soliciting the sale of a health insurance policy or other policy, unless the
policy conforms to §§ 15-904, 15-906, 15-907, and 15-908 of this subtitle.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health
or safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Howard County - Board of Education - Pensions, Health Insurance, and
Other Benefits
Ho. Co. 6-04
FOR the purpose of providing that members of the Howard County Board of
Education may participate, under certain terms and conditions, in health
insurance and other benefit programs sponsored by the Board; prohibiting
certain retirement contributions and certain other benefits in which a Board
member participates from being calculated as certain compensation for the
members of the Howard County Board of Education; providing for the
application of this Act, as to certain incumbent members of the Howard County
Board of Education, with regard to the members' participation in certain health
insurance and other fringe benefit programs and with regard to the payment of
certain retirement and pension contributions on behalf of the members by the
Board; providing that this Act does not apply to the compensation of the
incumbent members of the Howard County Board of Education; and generally
relating to pensions, health insurance, and other fringe benefits of the Howard
County Board of Education.
