(3) On or before January 1, 2003, the Commission shall adopt
regulations that provide for the conduct of continuing education instruction courses
by:

(i) remote access satellite;

(ii) closed-circuit video;

(iii) computer, including transmission over the Internet and the
World Wide Web;

(iv) home study; and

(v) any other delivery system approved by the Commission.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:

(a)     The State Real Estate Commission shall create and provide a list of
available .continuing education learning opportunities, including classes offered on the
Internet.

(b)     The list created under subsection (a) of this section:

(1)     shall be posted on the website for the State Real Estate Commission;

(2)     shall be provided, free-of-charge, to any licensee who requests
information regarding continuing education learning opportunities; and

(3) shall include the name of the class, a contact person for the class, and
a contact phone number for the class.

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning

Electric Companies - Net Energy Metering - Wind Electric Generating

Facilities

FOR the purpose of expanding the provisions of law relating to net energy metering
with respect to electricity generated by electric company customers who own
solar electric generating facilities to include eligible customers who own certain
wind electric generating facilities; altering the definition of an "eligible
customer-generator" by repealing certain limitations; requiring wind electric
generating systems used by eligible customers to meet certain safety and
performance standards; prohibiting an electric company from requiring eligible
