(2) The Director may provide money for a public or nonprofit
organization to carry out pilot or demonstration projects.
(g) The Director shall administer grants, gifts, trusts, and similar funds that
are available for use by the Administration.

In Part IV of this subtitle "private therapeutic group home" means a small
private group home as defined in § 10-514(e) of this title that provides residential
child care, as well as access to a range of diagnostic and therapeutic mental health
services, to be identified under the requirements of § 10-924 of this article, for
children and adolescents who are in need of such treatments.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2004.

Domestic Violence - Protective Order - Penalty
FOR the purpose of providing certain penalties for failure to comply with certain
relief ordered by the court in a final protective order by not surrendering
possession of certain firearms to law enforcement authorities for a certain time
period; providing certain penalties for willful failure to complete a certain
counseling or a domestic violence program ordered by the court in a final
protective order; and generally relating to domestic violence.
