Ch. 43 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND and Mental Hygiene collect a fee to process adjudications of paternity; and BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health - General 4-217. (c) (1) Except as otherwise provided by law, the Department shall collect a (i) For each certified or abridged copy of a birth, death, fetal death, (ii) For a report that a search of the files was made and the (iii) For each change to a certificate made later than one year after (iv) To process an adoption, foreign adoption, OR legitimation [or SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take Approved April 13, 2004. CHAPTER 43 AN ACT concerning Homestead Tax Credit - Damaged Property FOR the purpose of providing for the continuation of the Homestead Tax Credit under - 254 -
