(iii) The obligor has demonstrated good faith by paying the ordered
amount of support for 6 consecutive months.
(f) The Secretary of Transportation, in cooperation with the Secretary of
Human Resources and the Office of Administrative Hearings, shall adopt regulations
to implement this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Health Insurance Plan - Authority and Composition of Board of
Directors - Authority Plan Fund
FOR the purpose of allowing authorizing the Board of Directors of the Maryland
Health Insurance Plan to adopt regulations to limit enrollment in under certain
circumstances; expanding the sources of revenue for the Maryland Health
Insurance Plan Fund; authorizing the Board to adjust premiums based on
certain geographic areas in the State; authorizing the Board to subsidize
premiums, deductibles, and other policy expenses, based on a Plan member's
income; altering, the composition of the Board; making a certain conforming
change; and generally relating to the Maryland Health Insurance Plan.
