SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall be
construed to apply only prospectively and may not be applied or interpreted to have
any effect on or application to any finfish management plan or any amendment to an
approved finfish management plan adopted before the effective date of this Act.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning

Homestead Tax Credit - Agricultural Limited Liability Company

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "homeowner" under the Homestead Tax
Credit to allow certain limited liability companies to claim the credit under
certain circumstances; authorizing semiannual property tax payment for certain
limited liability companies under certain circumstances; providing for the
application of this Act; and generally relating to the Homestead Tax Credit.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
