Ch. 499                                    2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(II) ANY PAYMENT TO THE SPONSOR RELATING TO THE PROPERTY,
INCLUDING ANY PAYMENT FOR THE COSTS INCURRED IN DEMOLISHING THE
IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY; AND

(6) PROVIDES EVIDENCE THAT THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE
PROGRAM SHALL BE THE LEAST AMOUNT NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

(F) UPON REQUEST FROM A SPONSOR, THE BOARD MAY GRANT A FULL OR
PARTIAL WAIVER OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION SUBSECTIONS (D)(1) OR (2)
OR (E)(4) AND OR (5) OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2004.
