BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - State Government 6-110. (A) THE SENIOR DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL SHALL SERVE AS ACTING (B) IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL GIVES THE SENIOR DEPUTY ATTORNEY (1) ON AND AFTER THE DATE THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SETS IN - 221 -
