BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Natural Resources 1-103. (b) (1) The Secretary is responsible for the budget of his office and for the (2) (I) UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY STATUTE, THE (II) THE SECRETARY SHALL SUBMIT ANY CHANGES TO THE 1-702. (a) There is a State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund. 1-703.
