(d) The Board shall pay the cost of any examination made in accordance with
the provisions of this section.

8-706.

(a)     A person may not knowingly employ to practice registered nursing any
person who is not authorized to practice registered nursing under this title.

(b)     A person may not knowingly employ to practice licensed practical nursing
any person who is not authorized to practice licensed practical nursing under this
subtitle.

(C) A DIRECTOR OF NURSING PERSON MAY NOT KNOWINGLY EMPLOY ANY
INDIVIDUAL WHO IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM DELEGATED NURSING DUTIES
UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the State Board of
Nursing shall certify all medication assistants listed on the registry for medication
assistants on or before October 1, 2004, as medication technicians under this Act.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the State Board of
Nursing shall consult with any group that expresses an interest in being included in
developing regulations to implement this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning

Family Law - Property Disposition - Transfer of Tangible Family Use

Personal Property

FOR the purpose of authorizing a court, in a proceeding for annulment or absolute
divorce, to transfer, subject to the consent of any lienholders, ownership of an
interest in tangible family use personal property from one or both parties to
either or both parties and to determine the terms of the transfer; altering
certain factors that the court is required to consider in making a certain
determination; providing for the application of this Act; making stylistic
changes; and generally relating to property disposition in annulment and
divorce.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
Article - Family Law
Section 8-201(d), 8-202, 8-203, and 8-204(a)
