Ch. 455 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND requiring the Board to certify certain medication assistants on or before a BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Health Occupations Section 8-208(c), 8-6A-01, 8-6A-02(a) and (b), 8-6A-03, 8-6A-04(a), 8-6A-05, Annotated Code of Maryland (2000 Replacement Volume and 2003 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, BY adding to Article - Health Occupations Section 8-510 Annotated Code of Maryland (2000 Replacement Volume and 2003 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health Occupations 8-208. (a) In this section, "program" means the rehabilitation program. (b) (1) There is a Rehabilitation Committee in the Board. (2) The Board may create 1 or more rehabilitation committees. (c) (1) The Committee shall consist of [5] 6 members. (2) Of the [5] 6 Committee members: (i) 3 shall be licensed registered nurses, who have demonstrated (II) 1 SHALL BE A REGISTERED NURSE, WHO HAS DEMONSTRATED [(ii)] (III) 1 shall be a licensed practical nurse; and |
