(A) State Parks. Construct shore erosion control measures at State

Greenwell State Park...................         400,000

Martinak State Park....................         205,000

Point Lookout State Park............         516,091

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF LAW,
ANY FUNDS REMAINING AT THE COMPLETION OF
THESE PROJECTS MAY BE USED FOR OTHER SHORE
EROSION CONTROL PROJECTS. THIS AUTHORIZATION
SHALL NOT TERMINATE PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2006.

30.01.04 PUBLIC LANDS AND FORESTRY - FORESTS AND PARKS

(A) Shore Erosion Control Fund. Provide funds to design and
construct shore erosion control measures at State parks.
Expenditures for any of the following projects may not exceed
the amount listed below for that project by more than 7.5%
without notification to the General Assembly (Statewide)..........           1,237,000

Authorization is given for projects at the following State parks
to be funded from this appropriation and from other moneys in
the Shore Erosion Control Fund:
