file bill), to provide funding for a grant to
the American Visionary Arts Museum.

Contributions

General Fund Appropriation, provided
that these grants funds are in
addition to any other grants from the
Maryland State Arts Council for
which this organization may be
eligible.

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2004 to
provide funds for the estimated cost of
wages and benefits in the department.
This appropriation shall be allocated
amongst the various programs by
approved budget amendment.
