Funds are appropriated in other agency
budgets to pay for services provided by
this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.

Provided that the State Higher Education
Labor Relations Board return $227,250 to
the University System of Maryland,
$6,500 to Baltimore City Community
College, $4,750 to St. Mary's College of
Maryland, and $11,500 to Morgan State
University from the accumulated
reimbursable fund balance.

R75T00.01 Support for State Operated Institutions

of Higher Education

The following amounts constitute the
General Fund appropriation for the State
operated institutions of higher education.
The State Comptroller is hereby
authorized to transfer these amounts to
the accounts of the programs indicated
below in four equal allotments; said
allotments to be made on July 1 and
October 1 of 2004 and January 1 and April
1 of 2005. Neither this appropriation nor
the amounts herein enumerated
constitute a lump sum appropriation as
contemplated by Sections 7-207 and
7-233 of the State Finance and
Procurement Article of the Code.
