Repayment Program

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$165,000 of this appropriation, made for
the purpose of five new applicants for a
higher education loan grant in accordance
with the provisions of the Maryland
Dent-Care Program, as established under
Title 18, Subtitle 24 of the Education
Article, may be expended for that purpose
only and may not be transferred, by
budget amendment or otherwise, to any
other purpose. Funds unexpended at the
end of the fiscal year shall revert to
need-based aid in the Maryland Higher
Education Commission Scholarships
