Chapter 236 of the Acts of 2003

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2003. [It] SECTION 15-124.2 OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE AS
ENACTED BY THIS ACT shall remain effective for a period of 3 years and 1 month and,
at the end of June 30, 2006, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
[this Act] § 15-124.2 OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE AS ENACTED BY THIS ACT
shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2003. [It] SECTION 13-618 OF THE TRANSPORTATION ARTICLE AS ENACTED
BY THIS ACT shall remain effective for a period of 5 years and, at the end of June 30,
2008, with no further action required by the General Assembly, [this Act] § 13-618 OF
THE TRANSPORTATION ARTICLE AS ENACTED BY THIS ACT shall be abrogated and of
no further force and effect.

effectuate any termination provision that was enacted by the General Assembly and
has taken effect or will take effect prior to October 1, 2004. Any enactment of the 2004
