The General Assembly approves the use of
the Major Information Technology Project
Development Fund to support projects as
listed in the 2004 Joint Chairmen's Report
(JCR). The Department of Budget and
Management shall submit any projects
not listed in the JCR or any projects listed
in the JCR for which the proposed funding
level increases by more than 10 percent to
the budget committees. The committees
shall have 30 days to review and
comment.
