F10A02.08 Statewide Expenses

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
funds appropriated herein for statewide
cost of living pay adjustments, annual
salary review adjustments, and State law
enforcement officers death benefits may
be transferred to programs of other
financial agencies, including the
Judiciary, the General Assembly and the
Department of Legislative Service,
provided that a cost-of-living increase of
$752 shall be added to the base salaries of
all eligible State employees in fiscal 2005,
effective July 1, 2004...................................

Further provided that funds appropriated
but not transferred for this purpose shall
revert to the General Fund.

F10A02.10 State Labor Relations Board

General Fund Appropriation.........................

Funds are appropriated in other agency
budgets to pay for services provided by
this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.
