(b) (1) [(i)] The following provisions of this Division II apply to each
procurement enumerated in subsection (a) of this section:

[1.] (I) § 11-205 of this subtitle ("Fraud in procurement");

[2.] (II) § 12-204 of this article ("Board approval for
designated contracts");

[3.] (III) Title 12, Subtitle 2 of this article ("Supervision of
Capital Expenditures and Real Property Leases");

[4.] (IV) § 13-219 of this article ("Required clauses -
Nondiscrimination clause");

[5.] (V) § 13-221 of this article ("Disclosures to Secretary of
State");

[6.] (VI) Title 16 of this article ("Debarment of Contractors");
and

[7.] (VII) Title 17 of this article ("Special Provisions - State
and Local Subdivisions").

[(ii) Title 14, Subtitle 3 of this article applies to a procurement by
the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration of the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene exempt under subsection (a)(1)(xix) of this section.]

(3) A procurement by an entity listed in subsection (a)(1)(i) through (XV) AND
(xix) of this section shall be made under procedures that promote the purposes stated
in § 11-201(a) of this subtitle.

Error: Redundant language in § 11-203(b)(1)(ii) of the State Finance and
Procurement Article in light of § 11-203(b)(2) of the State Finance and
Procurement Article, as enacted by Ch. 402 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 2003.
