charged as repeat violent offenders under
the War Room Program. The report shall
include warrant issue date, arrest date,
current status of total number of open
cases, and the disposition of completed
closed cases, and any prior offenses of the
offender. If the case was nol pros nolle
prosequi, steted postponed, or deviated
from the sentencing guidelines, the report
shall include a brief explanation. The
report shall include all cases referred to
the U.S. Attorney's Office for prosecution
prosecuted in the federal courts under
Project Exile. In those instances where
the identity of the accused listed on an
outstanding warrant needs to be treated
as confidential, a case number
identification may be used to identify the
accused as necessary until the accused is
in custody. If information is provided by
another agency, the Baltimore City State's
Attorney will indicate that the information
is provided courtesy of the additional
agency. These grant funds may only be
released in equal quarterly disbursements
on after September 30, December 31,
March 31, and June 30, provided that the
report for the preceding quarter has been
