[(5)] (II) "Vessel" does not include a vessel carrying passengers for hire
under the command of an individual licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry
passengers for hire, or a vessel displaying a valid seafood harvester's license number
while engaged in the harvesting of seafood for sale.

(a) The General Assembly finds and declares that:

(a) (4) The Sunday deer hunting provisions under paragraph (3) of this
subsection do not apply:

(i) In Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford,
Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties;
AND

(ii) In Baltimore City [and the City of Frederick; and

(iii) In that portion of Frederick County that is located south of
Interstate 70 and east of U.S. Route 15].

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Extraneous language in § 10-410(a)(4) of the Natural Resources
Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 170, Acts of 2003. Correction by the
publisher of the Annotated Code in the 2003 Supplement of the Natural
Resources Article is ratified by this Act.
