(A) THERE IS A DEPARTMENT OF DISABILITIES, ESTABLISHED AS A PRINCIPAL (B) THE SECRETARY IS THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DISABILITIES AND (1) HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF DISABILITY (2) HOLD AT A MINIMUM A BACHELOR'S DEGREE; (3) BE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY OR APPOINT A DEPUTY (4) BE APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT (C) (1) THE SECRETARY SERVES AT THE PLEASURE OF THE GOVERNOR AND - 1550 -
