definition of "law enforcement officer" under the law relating to the Law
Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights; including a Montgomery County fire and

to the Maryland Police Training Commission; defining a certain term; requiring
the Maryland Police Training Commission to certify certain fire and explosive
investigators as police officers under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to the authority of Montgomery County fire and explosive investigators.
