Ch. 353 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 353 AN ACT concerning Washington County - Deputy State's Attorneys FOR the purpose of requiring the State's Attorney to appoint a certain number of BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 10 - Legal Officials 40.
