(6) If a voter requires assistance under [paragraphs] PARAGRAPH (4) or
(5) of this subsection, the election judge shall record, on a form prescribed by the State
Board, the name of the voter who required assistance and the name of the individual
providing assistance to the voter.
(7) Except as provided in [paragraphs] PARAGRAPH (3) or (4) of this
subsection, [a person] AN INDIVIDUAL over the age of [10] 14 12 years may not
accompany a voter into a voting booth.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Crimes - Intentionally Causing a Person to Ingest Contaminating Food or
Drink Bodily Fluid or Bodily Substance Knowingly and Willfully Causing
Another to Ingest Bodily Fluid
FOR the purpose of establishing the crime of intentionally causing a person to ingest
bodily fluid without consent or by force or threat of force; defining a certain
term; and generally relating to intentionally causing a person to ingest bodily
fluid prohibiting a person from knowingly and willfully contaminating,
attempting to contaminate, or conspiring to contaminate any drink, food, food
product, or food supply by adding bodily fluid or a bodily substance; and
generally relating to contaminating food or drink causing another to ingest
bodily fluid without consent or by force or threat of force; establishing certain
penalties; and generally relating to causing a person to ingest bodily fluid.
