PART I. DEFINITIONS; GENERAL PROVISIONS.
13-2601. "COUNTY COMMISSIONERS" DEFINED.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, "COUNTY COMMISSIONERS" MEANS THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added to allow concise and
consistent reference to the Board of County Commissioners of Worcester
County.
13-2602. SCOPE OF SUBTITLE.
THIS SUBTITLE APPLIES ONLY IN WORCESTER COUNTY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added to clarify the
applicability of this subtitle.
Former Art. 27, § 251A(m), which provided that former Art. 27, § 251A
(revised as Part II of this subtitle) applied throughout Worcester County, is
deleted in light of this section.

13-2605. "BOARD" DEFINED.
IN THIS PART, "BOARD" MEANS THE WORCESTER COUNTY BINGO BOARD.

the full title of the board and references to the "bingo board".
13-2606. QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS.
THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS MAY CONDUCT BINGO IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THIS PART:
(1) A BONA FIDE RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION THAT HAS CONDUCTED
RELIGIOUS SERVICES AT A FIXED LOCATION IN THE COUNTY FOR AT LEAST 6 YEARS
BEFORE APPLYING FOR A LICENSE UNDER THIS PART;
(2) A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IN THE COUNTY;
(3) A VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY IN THE COUNTY;
